The For Your Car guide
What is a car subscription?
A car subscription is a recurring arrangement that lets you use a car for a monthly fee under agreed terms. Depending on the provider, it may bundle maintenance, a mileage allowance and other services. The minimum term, insurance and ability to swap vary.

How is it different from buying?
Buying makes you the owner, subject to any financing agreement. A subscription pays for use. You do not build ownership simply by making monthly subscription payments. Compare the full cost and the flexibility you actually need.
What should you check?
Ask about insurance, the mileage allowance, maintenance, deposits, minimum term, cancellation notice, damage charges and returns. A monthly price is only useful when you know what it covers.
How our plan works
CarSwapClub is a monthly car subscription by class from For Your Car. The first cars are being set up now. Scheduled maintenance is part of the plan. In scheduled swap rounds, rank your top three cars from what is available in your class, then book a swap appointment. You can keep a car you love for another round.
Temporary class upgrades are part of the plan, such as a bigger car for a moving weekend. The price and details are confirmed by email. Insurance, mileage allowance, deposit, minimum term and who you hand the car back to are confirmed by email before you sign.
A reservation is a request, not a contract or a payment. A person on Lucky’s team emails you when a car in your class is ready in your area, with the exact car, price and terms, before anything is signed.
